***Additional fees for 8th – 9th persons = $10.00 per additional person/per night

Because of Tambo de Oro's design, we can be flexible. At times fewer bedrooms may be rented, and rent adjusted, to accommodate the size of your group. 

**** During low season (July, August, September) we offer a special summer rate for couples (two persons/one queen bed) of $75 per night if rented for one week or longer.

You may print your entries prior to submitting your registration!

 

There are no taxes or other charges added to our rates.

DEPOSIT:  50% of rental amount to reserve, and balance due no less than thirty days from occupancy.  

CANCELLATION:
Up to 30 days prior to occupancy deposit refunded, less a 20% service charge.
After full payment (within 30 days of occupancy) rental amount, less 20% service charge, is refunded if house re-rents.  If not, the house is considered rented and full amount of rent retained.
We allow a rebooking of dates with no service charges if done more than 30 days before occupancy.
Surf tour reservations are treated in the same manner as rental occupancy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $100.00USD (Mexican Peso equivalent / in Mexican Pesos) CASH fully refundable security/damage/loss deposit is taken at the time of occupancy.
